Invite allowlist —

Every invite includes the three buttons an architect sees at the top of the portal: My submittals (home), Glass library → and Window schedule →. Nothing to tick — being on this list is what unlocks them, and the invite email lists exactly these three.

Downloads = the product-literature library (product books, cross-sections, CAD/DWG details). Not part of the standard invite and never mentioned in the invite email — off by default, tick it only for architects who should get the full document set. Vistaza staff always have it. Toggle it any time on the rows above.
